The success of the project A Better Condiment - Acetaia Borgo Castello thanks to European Funds

The project "A Better Condiment- Acetaia Borgo Castello and the New Conception of balsamic vinegar in the World, for the World," financed through European funds from the Emilia-Romagna Region, is a new chapter in the company's internationalization strategy.

Thanks to its participation in the FHA - Food & Beverage trade fairs in Singapore, TUTTOFOOD in Milan and Summer Fancy Food in New York, the company had the opportunity to present the new products of the Lodovici line, glazes and sauces based on balsamic vinegar, designed for an international audience in an increasingly demanding and quality-conscious food market.

This initiative allowed Acetaia Borgo Castello not only to showcase its products but also to network with other companies and professionals in the sector, opening up new prospects for collaboration and business.

Among the results achieved, we highlight in particular:

  • Increased visibility in foreign markets: active participation in the fair enabled the company to increase its capillarity and presence in international markets, enhancing and strengthening brand awareness.
  • Direct engagement: the events made it possible to meet new potential customers of the Lodovici line, increasing sales and boosting interest from ready-to-buy users.
  • Consolidation of business relations: the fair offered Acetaia Borgo Castello the opportunity to consolidate relations with existing business partners and establish new strategic contacts with distributors, restaurant chains and Ho.Re.Ca channel.

The project included an approved regional contribution of 22,079 euros.
