Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a gourmet excellence with unique characteristics.
It is obtained from an ancient recipe which involves the use of grape must, wine vinegar and a particular Modena dedication.

Certified Talents! All our production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI follows the PGI production specification which include:

The use of cooked and/or concentrated grape must; wine vinegar aged up to ten years.

Musts obtained exclusively from the following vines: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.

Aging in fine wood barrels: in our case only oak wood, for a minimum of 2 months (Aging), up to over 3 years (Aging).
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is naturally gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
